Stanze con carte che non ha funzionato la sera rientrati da lavoro alle ore 23 il proprietario era irraggiungibile, siamo stati piu di mezz'ora a chiamarlo ma non rispondeva... è arrivato alla fine alla reception, impastato di sonno e ignorante

My booking was on a Sunday. Not sure if this is the reason the staff is not as responsive. Messaged them 3pm letting them know I will be checking in beyond the check in hours, no response. Called a million time, no answer. I showed up in the property at 9pm, stayed outside the door for about 5 to 10minutes until a guest let me in saying theres hardly any staff around. This woken up the owner and checked me in. But he has redeemed himself during breakfast. Very attentive and helpful. To be honest, with the price I paid online I cannot really complaint. Booking comes with free continental breakfast.
