"The beds were comfortable."

We were there for 4 nights. Housekeeping only came once. We had to get towels from the office. Our key cards stopped working and had to be replaced daily. There should be a guide for the tv stations . Towels were thin and rough.

"They need to train their staff"

The room was good and everything was clean.

However, the staff was rude and mad that I booked through booking.com. The "free breakfast" was not a breakfast and the coffee was cold.
