Good stay.

I needed a parking lot for a 26' UHaul with a tow dolly that CAN NOT BACK UP. I SPECIFICALLY asked booking agent if the parking lot/drive way COMPLETELY surrounded the building and was assured that it did ....twice. It didn't and the truck got stuck. Manager called the Sheriff Deputies because by then I was obstructing the drive. I had to call UHaul roadside assistance who was NOT happy at being rousted out of bed at 1:30 am Monday morning. This stay caused me a great big financial problem.

Horrible. Warm coffee and packaged food

The staff attempted to break into our room at 10 pm. The hotel is lighted with floods lights….way too much that affected sleeping. Towels were threadbare Dirty carpet needed replacing . No security on site. Scary place!

Unfortunately I didn't have breakfast and the location was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that I seen was I couldn't get the bathroom door to shut properly with latch. Honestly other than that I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I was really impressed and I will be staying there again.

The front desk people were pretty friendly. Our hotel room was very clean.

There was no weather stripping around on door and it dropped all of freezing. So the freezing cold air was blowing in under the door and the tile was completely Frozen inside our room. The furniture was crappy and the elevator didn't work. We were on the third floor. I have bad knees so it's difficult to get up and down the stairs the whole time. To top it all off some weirdo knocked on our door and asked us if you could walk through our room to go to the balcony and cross over. My husband told him no and slammed the door in his face. We both think they were going to try to Rob us. And, the breakfast buffet is very crappy.

The drive up to the Hotel was scary steep without a proper safety railing. Check in time was at 4 pm. I arrived at 3 pm and was asked to wait. At 3 minutes to 4 pm I rang the reception bell. My room was still not ready and the receptionist told me inpolitely that it is not 4 pm yet. That was at 3.58 pm. No apologies that she did not know when my room would be ready. I accepted another room instead. The room was nice, but noisy. From the balcony you looked down to a big, busy intersection. I would not like to come back to that place. I did not feel welcomed.

The bed was like sleeping on the concrete. Horrible. Our backs were killing us.

girls trip to waynesville then pigeon forge tn, wonderful location, quiet and clean and had a patio on the ground floor and other rms had balconys with wonderful views

smoking allowed outside of rms, and it came into our rm when we had the patio door open
