"They tried to charge me an additional $1900 to change my reservation."

The views would have been amazing, but never got to see them because the hotel messed up my reservation.

I requested an update to my booking and got an automated response. They did not respond to my messages, so upon arrival they informed me they couldnโ€™t accommodate my request.

"Lots to do, lots of activities and best entertainment!"

Iโ€™ve been to 3 all inclusives and this is the best one yet. Thereโ€™s a lot to do at the property! The entire facility is huge.

Some of the staff at reception were not friendly. Not sure if itโ€™s the culture but 98% of staff were super friendly.

O hotel รฉ muito organizado, clean, os quartos sรฃo confortรกveis e as รกreas comuns muito boas. A comida dos restaurantes รฉ gostosa e possui vรกrias opรงรตes. O staff do hotel, em especial o do sports bar foi muito atenciosos.

"Nice and relaxing stay"

They have a lot of activities and the food was good.

No elevators and the resort was very small.
