The chef cook Nikos was very friendly and the welcome person. Food is awesome!

Everything was good enough. The food is delicious, there is always a choice of several dishes. The staff are friendly and work well. The room was quite good, but in need of renovation. It is not far to walk to the sea in 5-7 minutes. The hotel does not have its own beach, but the beaches are free and there is plenty of space. Room cleaning needs improvement.

- generally, not informative and professional staffs; The fire alarm got triggered once in the midnight about 1:30 o’clock in the morning and nobody where there to inform people about what is going on. There was only one staff at the check-in desk, that didn’t know what to do. - food quality and verity was not good enough for an all inclusive option - the rooms were too noisy during the night - cats roaming in the dining area and pool

As a solo traveller I didn’t use all the fully inclusiveness of the hotel but every experience was great. My only critique was that a lot of the meals were far, far too salty which made some of the food almost inedible. That said, if I ever go back to Crete, I’ll be staying here

Hotel low cost réservé de dernière minute. La formule all inclusive est passable. Les plats sont varié mais pas toujours très bon (de mon point de vue) aucun dessert digne de se nom (uniquement les plats en gelé très british). Le personnel ne parle pas le français. L'insonorisation des chambres vis a vis du couloir est inexistant.

Simple, comfortable room with balcony.There was no noise from night life. Hotel staff helpful. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Food is abundant, there is a great choice of vegetables, salads.

It was a nice surprise when we found the hotel... It was nice to pass one night a day before returning home. We will recomended, and perhaps we will be back..

When you haven't all inclusive, it is very very very expensive to buy a cup of coffee, a beer or someting to eat - even more expensive than on the lokal restaurant!
