Everything was clean. Every day room was cleaned and we became fresh towels . Food is great and always good served. Everybody are so friendly and nice. We must to give 5 stars to positivity of Kristina, Filip( Servis) and barman Dimitius( apoligaze if I spelled the names wrong). Reception girls are verx kind, and menager is always there for guests. We will recomend Hotel to the friends and to visit it again. Thank you! Family Smith

The food, staff, service, swimming pool, lobby area were all excellent, and also the gardens. Very lovely decor.

The bathroom may need updating and I would have loved a double bed. I found the mattress difficult.

The reception staff, Maria and Sula, was very helpful for every request. The dining room staff was very professional. The food of the All-Included formula was very varied, fresh, with something for everyone.

The room number 613 is next to the entrance and elevator. I am a very light sleeper. We immediately received a room further down the corridor. This is really just a minor remark.

Good location, parking on site, spacious room and bathroom, huge pool, luxurious look, clean and very well maintained property. Tasty food, breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price.
