Creta Royal - Adults Only

The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities.

Our 1 week stay in the Creta Royal was absolut wonderful. The whole Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic room/suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony was special. Pool and beach front excellent, pool bar and plenty of beds

All buffet options were excellent, but and option to have a restaurant with service would have been nice.

Propre, confortable au niveau literie, Fonctionnel au niveau de la douche, design au niveau des commandes d'éclairage . Par contre, climatisation défaillante le premier jour et peu efficace ensuite, après intervention. Pas facile de dormir quand il fait chaud et humide. 2 Piscines à eau salée, sans plus... Les horaires d'ouverture sont surprenants Ouverture vers 10h et fermeture 18h30 Demi-pension exceptionnelle, tant sur les quantités que la qualité des plats proposés...

Amazing grounds. Best sunset. Great food. Comfortable and big rooms. 15 min drive to town for more food options. you can park free at marina in the town and walk to old town. Beautiful seaside town with lots of food options if you prefer to eat out. loved the hotel. Stunning.

Everything. Food, beach, seawater pool. Plenty of sun beds. Nice bar and great staff.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and plenty of pool-side chairs. The food buffet was extremely well organised and had a good variety of food options. With half board, there are no soft drinks or even water included at dinner. The bottled water, fruit and Raky were a nice touch in the room. The creta star facilities are also available to creta royal guests.

It’s a bit isolated with very little in the immediate area (there are a couple of small convenience stores). The hotel room was quite nice (we had one with a small, private pool), but we hadn’t expected the twin beds pushed together, which move apart easily. The tap water is oddly, a little brackish which was also a surprise. A/C works well. The beach is ok, just don’t expect a vast expanse of golden sand and calm, crystal waters. Also, expect a largely elderly crowd (55 plus), at least in May.

We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome by the team. The room was modern, of an excellent size and location with a great view across the grounds and to the sea. We especially enjoyed the quiet chilled atmosphere of the whole resort which led to a very relaxed stay. We would highly recommend this resort.
