"An average place"

It's so close to Asilomar State Beach!

It's a standard, older motel-like accommodation. Amenities are sparse. Everything is clean, but budget. Beds are very comfortable.

"No water was provided and the first incident stated above."

I asked for the invoice, the person in charge refused to do so and asked me to come tomorrow. The next day, she gave me the receipt after she erased the amounts. I have never experienced such a situation. For this reason, I am rating them very bad.

Because of the above situation and the lack of drinkable water. The place is around 20 minutes walk from a small shop. They could have made it available for a fee.

"Quaint and quality "

Very friendly check in. I was pleasantly surprised with this property. It is an older style motel property, but the owners have taken the utmost care in making sure it is pristine for guests. It was incredibly clean and well kept. It was quiet and in a very nice area. Not a speck of dust or bit of trash to be found. The mattress seemed a little older, but not anything terrible. The fireplace in the room was an added bonus.
