Dirty washcloth used, hanging from bathroom shower curtain rod. Staff was unhelpful. Was told the night would be free. I understand it was accidentally left but it was the way the staff treated me when I complained

I was very impressed with the entire staff. Very friendly, supportive outgoing. I’m coming back because of them for the next 5-6 weeks as I continue with cancer treatments. The only negative was the smell and no airflow in the stairwell. Bryan Schwitzke
