Alot of space inside the rooms and the free breakfast was good and convenient

It is a Homewood Suites and, like the rest, they are comfortable and nice. The breakfast is good. We especially like the oatmeal which has a great consistency. The staff is very nice, and the manager was great stepping in to fix a billing confusion created by cutting the trip short by a day. If you've never done a trip change during a visit, you have to contact Booking.com first and they are supposed to coordinate with the hotel. The confusion came because sometimes Booking.com pays the bill and sometimes you do. In this case the latter was true and the hotel thought Booking.com was doing it. If Booking.com pays, I would get a refund from them instead of the hotel. once it was straightened out, the manager acted promptly. I will say the location is really nice as it across the street from a couple of very nice shopping strips and a great variety of restaurants. we were there for the National Club Crew championships which were up in Oak Ridge. It was a pretty easy commute up there.

Nothing really. It's what I expected.

The only downfall was our room was right next to the highway and the noise was sometimes a bit much.

Positives - Room was clean and AC worked. Over a 4 night stay, no housekeeping performed at all. Being out most of the days it was hard to contact the desk as the "digital assistant" was not being responded to. Finally got someone at the desk who's remedy was to show up at 10:30 PM with new towels (not taking the old ones or the trash - as there is no housekeeping after normal business hours) on the last night. On the last morning a nice girl showed up who did not speak a word of English. She asked me to talk into her phone so it could translate what I was saying to her language....not Spanish......should we call ICE? Awkward as heck and didn't matter as we were leaving! Hilton charges a little higher than most but usually the service is exceptional and that is the trade. This time it was poor to non-existent.
