GM David, who has been at the helm here for 10 years, certainly knows how to extend that famous Hilton hospitality. We were greeted upon arrival by the Director of Sales and her brand new assistant the instant we walked in — even getting a personal welcome back card. Every single staffer is equally as friendly and all of them on the lookout for how to make your stay the very best possible. We were fortunate enough to have a 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite (a tub in one), with windows that opened and from the odd-numbered rooms a lovely view of the treetops surrounding Turkey Creek. Our night an enormous storm came in and Maintenance Engineer Jamey (also a longtime team member) calmed our nerves by telling us what to look for (those treetops bending!), where to park to minimize possible hail (to the very right of the dumpsters out back) and he even helped us navigate the A/C. We see Jamey every time we’re back and he is always a fountain of information. Breakfast was the usual tasty Homewood offerings (scrambled eggs, salsa, sausage, individual milk cartons, breads/bagels and fresh bananas and apples). The Wednesday evening reception was ravioli, garlic bread, salad, cheese and crackers — just like going out for dinner Laundry room on the 2nd floor is spotless and only $1.50/wash, 2.00/dry. Ice machine near Room 108, also on the first floor off the lobby area is the fitness room with free weights, machines and towels. We cross the country twice a year and whenever there is a way to be in Turkey Creek, this is our go-to hotel. It’s as good as it gets. Nicely done, David and your whole wonderful team!

We stayed here one night while traveling through Knoxville on a long Road Trip. It was nice to be able to select our room ahead of time, via the App, as a Hilton Honors Member! We were traveling with our little dog and selected a room on first floor near an outside door. We were so tired upon arrival after driving all day. Amir, at the front desk was very welcoming and even went to make sure our room was ready. We appreciated his hospitality immensely! We love the two room suite arrangement of Homewood Suites. Lovely room looking out onto a green space. The carpet could stand to be updated but this was minor compared to the convenience of having a private, two room suite with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, cereal…the works! Highly recommend!
