With a non refundable purchase - I unfortunately had a change of plans within 15 min of purchasing the room - feeling ripped off Guess that’s how you make money - money made off of people trying to save a little. Congratulations, you just made free $200 of a Teachers. Hope you rest well.

Terrible front desk workers and cleaning women nasty people… rude and liars… they will not give your service you pay for and very bad customer service .. pink hair cleaning thing is lazy and lies to your face about services . Front people take her side and gang up on you and say they are going to call police what is wrong with these people
