Cara Mara Resort

It's an outdated hotel. It's not dirty, but has an "icky" feeling. The staff were good. I was happy with my interactions with them. Location was great even though it's a bit far from the boardwalk.

Motel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are a little bit larger than other rooms than I have had in the Wildwood area.

The word resort needs to be removed and replaced with motel with some amenities. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Pull out couch useless... sleeping bags would have been more comfortable. Lots of foreign speaking people, and people taken over outside area cooking at outside BBQ...it was however available last minute which was our need and economical. We had a lot of laughs! Oh and no elevator... we were on the third floor.... so much lugging!

Stay was fine. Room could have been a lot cleaner. Side of refrigerator had someone's mess from cooking on it. Ceiling fan or floor fan needed to circulate air conditioning from bedroom to front room.

Stayed at this hotel in 90's and it was good....no so much anymore , check went smooth, room had tile floors and were visibility dirty,had not even been swept, room smelled musty, dresser drawers and medicine cabinet smelled very musty, dresser drawers smelled so bad they were useless we lived out of suitcases for the week ,sofa bed was horrible no one able to sleep on it,it felt like sleeping on a bed of metal springs this hotel does not seem to be being kept up at all, pool water was never clear the whole week so cloudy we just avoided it completely this was not an overpriced hotel but we would not stay there again even if the room was free.

Booked this hotel in a last minute decision for a weekend getaway, was nervous because I never stayed here but as soon as we got there was very pleased with our decision, the room was very very clean and satisfying. There's a nice grass park right in front of the hotel with a stage where they had morning activities and in the evening there was a band. The only downfall with our stay at the Cara Mara were the beds weren't the best but wasn't anything to ruin our time there at all. Overall I am deffinetely gonna stay in this hotel everytime I go to wildwood.

It was basic.Pool nice. Only real issues no elevator I was on 3rd floor hard on back.And pool closed way to early only 8pm.Other places 11 or 12 pm.

Me and my kids had a great time everything was good.. definitely will be back

Nice place , friendly staff and very clean facility . We arrive a bit early and have no problem with and early check in .

Hotel is clean but old. needs a good remodel. most of all the motels in wildwood crest are like this. Wildwood is just expensive for not much of a hotel room if any.
