Service was amazing!

It was a good stay. It was far from the boardwalk. It was clean.

The place was the perfect location across from the beach in wildwood crest.

Very old and dirty place. Cleaning service is awful.

It was an overall awesome stay and the pool was heated!

Property was right off the beach. The room was decent and clean though we noticed several baby ants. The place needs to be upgraded. The price and location was right. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

At first everything was fine. The man at the desk allowed us to check in early which was fantastic with our children. The hotel itself was clean. Was tough with no elevator going up 4 flights of stairs but that’s wasn’t a concern. We stayed a short trip just 3 days. Our second day there we were on the balcony which was very nice on the ocean side. My 3 year old daughter walked out onto the balcony with no shoes and stepped on a small piece of glass. This was our first time on the balcony so it wasn’t our mess and we didn’t take any glass out to the balcony. This was left by previous renters and was never cleaned up. Went to the front desk and nobody was there tried contacting emergency number on door and that number wasn’t excepting any calls. Talked to some people they were st the hotel and shortly after we made it back to our room the man that checked us in came to our door. He said he was the manager and looked at the balcony and said it was glass and got a broom to clean it up. We got the name and number to his boss and was told to call the following morning. We tried and it wasn’t excepting calls either. The guy that cleaned our balcony with a broom still left pieces on the balcony it should have been vacuumed but we just didn’t use it after that. I don’t believe it was much concern to him and probably not the owner since his phone won’t accept calls. Cleaning fees are included in the price and I believe should have been cleaned and should have some sort of communication

Location to beach is half a block. Boadwalk is 5 minute walk

Dirty, dusty not well kept.

Like the facility, the emplacement right next to the beach. It was not as clean as i like but ok. The bed could be more comfortable and a real « contour » sheet will be appreciated ;)
