Excellent location!!! Clean and comfortable place. Very nice staff and service.

Lacks some facilities that I’ve found in other places but didn’t bother us.

Great localization! Very helpful and polite host who even was waiting for us to check-in in the middle of night. We could also store our luggage for the entire day before continuing our trip. We definitely would choose this place again for staying in Madrid!

Host was very polite and accommodating and our room was exactly what we needed for a 2 night trip. Great location and ideal for anyone looking for a simple and convenient stay in central Madrid.

- very central location - very friendly staff - the hostal was very quiet and clean - fictional, but basic rooms - good quality price ratio

- the private bathroom I booked was not in the room, but next to it. For privacy your floor can be closed by a curtain.

Very clean modern bathrooms and room. Very well maintained and modernized. Quiet and comfortable, except for the smell.

There was a strong smell of cat urine that all the air fresheners couldn’t mask. We didn’t see any cats in the hostal but we heard them meowing behind doors marked private.

The proprietor was all about offering hospitality. She couldn’t do enough to make our stay first rate. Whatever we needed, she delivered.

We had no complaints. I was happy to find the property had an elevator. That was a bonus.
