"Great location, very clean, and would stay again!"

Really great location, super close to the Sol Metro station (2 minute walk). The place was immaculate so clean and tidy, never had to wait for a bathroom. Common spaces are so clean and the place smells lovely after she has cleaned the rooms. Very lovely staff and easy to communicate (even though she said her English wasn’t good, I personally thought it was really good). Place is located just off the main areas so is nice and quiet. We had 2 single (or king single) beds and they were a really nice size and comfortable. Had aircon throughout the building but fan in the room. Would 100% come and stay again. Also an elevator which is decent sized for Europe.

The woman running the hostal was extremely friendly and accommodating. She let me drop my bags off early and made sure I was comfortable in the building. I’d definitely stay here again!

"Ok for the position, price a little bit high, basic room"

Position

The owner didn't allow us to leave our luggage at the hostel on the last day, which was quite inconvenient as we had a morning check-out and an evening flight. She didn't offer any alternative either. It was very unpleasant, and we had never experienced this anywhere else before.
