Rooms were clean and spacious.

Breakfast was okay. Wasn't much to choose from and sausage was very greasy. It would be good if there were just a few more options to choose from and better cheese in the eggs.

Location was the only bright spot during this stay!

I stay at Comfort properties from time to time and I am normally very satisfied with the facilities. However, I was less than satisfied with this stay. The beds were comfortable, but the linen showed signs of aging. The most disappointing aspect of this stay was the bathroom. The tile around the tub/shower showed evidence of mold and the bottom row of tile had been replaced by someone who knew nothing about installing tile. The tub may have been sanitized but it needed to be refinished, and the water drained extremely slow. Showering in standing water is not pleasant. Room 105

The staff was nice. The hot water didn't work until we had to ask to have it checked and something about a broiler? The phone didn't work, so when my child was in the cold shower and we couldn't get it to turn hot, I couldn't call the front desk. I had to get him out, get him dressed and then hall him down to report the issue. The TV had ZERO family friendly channels. It was FULL OF PORNOGRAPHY channels. The Air unit either FROZE you or didn't work. There was a strange smell in the room. The breakfast was pitiful!! We ended up going to IHOP. I didn't feel safe with my child and actually barricaded the door with the ironing board!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. We where there for one night. We had a business meeting the following Monday. The hotel was nice and clean. It was just old and restroom had some cosmetic issues. Nothing major( peeling of wall paper) and screens off window by the bed. I was hoping nobody climbed in the window. Our room was on the 1st floor. My husband assured me the window was locked. Overall the stay was nice. Also close to everything. Our son was a college student in Huntsville for 4 years. So we have stayed at this hotel before. We would definitely stay again.
