"Overall it was decent."

Breakfast was great! Workers attitude about me coming to eat at 8:45, not so great.

My original room had roaches. I had to be moved to another room.

Booked suite and could have had dishes accessible items for kitchen use. Ice machine broken on floor.

When checking out, when you went to get a luggage cart, door wouldn't let you back in, you had to get key reprogrammed to get back in to get your luggage , this was for everyone it was like you wasn't wanted or they were trying to get rid of you ASAP.
