Monterey Motel

They have a few nice things like a pool, grills, shuffleboard and good access to the beach. Be aware if you are in the "breezeway" room, which is essentially in the back overlooking a dumpster (while all the other rooms have balconies overlooking the pool). Not our favorite Wildwood spot, but acceptable.

this way my first time in Wildwood crest and it will not be my last time I enjoy it very much. I felt I was at home not a hotel

No coffee at the office as advertised

I wouldn't recommend This place to people with children's. To many rules, pots am pans rusty not able to cook. this is a good place for retired people. Not happy at all

The room was kept very clean and staff was nice. I didnt like being on third floor with no elevators as i pack heavy and am not a spring chick anymore. Overall pleasant experience.

the motel was very clean and the staff was friendly. the only complaint i have were the beds and the fold out sofa bed. the mattress on both beds were very uncomfortable. the sofa bed was worse. i considered sleeping on the kitchen table. it was so thin you could feel every spring.

The owner treated us with disrespect and kept watching us all time. We had friends came over and they called us that I have many pepole on your rooms and you needed to pay us more for your guests and I ended up pay for my guests. The next day, my friend ended up renting other motel which was way cheaper that this Motel charge us ($210 per night) and othe motel charged only $ 135 up $150 per night). The rooms were very small compared with the pictures that motel shows.

Right off the beach, staff was very friendly. Super easy check-in/out. Laundry room on site which is a plus when you have kids. The only bad thing is the beds weren't very comfortable.

The room was quaint with a little living area and separate bedroom. It was very quiet on the 3rd floor. Being next to the beach was a huge plus and the fact the Monterey was a little further from the hoopla of the boardwalk made it more family attractive.
