"Won’t stay again"

Bathroom door would not close. Corners of room , vents were dirty. Smell was awful. Smells like chemicals covering up odors. Breakfast- eggs and sausage was over cooked. Fruit was rotten.

Location, very nice staff,, amenities, breakfast, confortable bed, nice walk in shower

Found a couple of crickets in my room, not enough towels and washcloths for a 3 days stay, the room decor didnot match the one that was presented online, carpets are old, stained and don't look good.

"Check out more"

Well from the outer pictures we pulled up to check in ,it looked very nice. Cleanliness was good,staff was friendly.We paid for the room and then were told that there was a $50 deposit to be held and paid back when we check out .If if known that from the start I would have maybe chosen elsewhere.We went to check the room out and they gave us our room, a handicapped room on the third floor at the very end there were broken fixtures along with a drafty window with no drapes very ,dark.We only had a little light on each side of the bed that were small ,the remote to the window blind was broke .I had to bump up the heater to 85 that way it'd stay a little warm in there .Due to the weather outside it was a very windy day of winds up to 20 to 50 mph with a wind advisory. So we decided maybe with a heated pool it'd be warm. We went downstairs to check out the pool and it was not warm at all ,so we didn't get to use the pool on top of that . Then laying in bed at night ,I felt something in my hair ,reached up to see and felt a sting. Apparently a wasp had stung me . So it wasn't a great night to sleep .But on a positive note the breakfast was good. Checking out they told me that a $50 deposit would be given back in 2 or 3 business days. So it was an ok experience definitely learning some new things.

"I would definitely stay there again."

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities.

The breakfast options were limited. The fresh coffee was not fresh and was cold.
