We waited 15 minutes with others waiting as well, to check in. No staff was anywhere to be found. We had to walk around the hotel knocking on staff doors and yelling hello. Even tried calling the hotel from the lobby and ringing the bell on the desk.

It was very clean & comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Plenty of options (hot or cold) to chose from. Location was great, less than a mile from a number of great restaurants. My husband & I travel to Edmond at least twice a month for work. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will be using THIS hotel specifically from now on.

Found a roach in room and tv didn’t work wasn’t offered anything or any compensation the manager just tried to blame the new kid for something he had no control over

When calling to verify explanation of charges. I w a not listened to at all. Staff not friendly. Room had broken bathroom door knob,cheap shower curtains. I'm not cleaned, they made bed and left towels. Floor not vacuumed 3 days I stay. Breakfast minimum with overcooked eggs and raw bacon. Stale cereal. Really sad experience
