"Great hotel, even better staff!"

Admittedly, we had a larger group that had lots of needs. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and helped us through every step of the process. They stored all of our luggage, got us checked in, and took the stress away from our travel. The rooms were clean and tidy and the hotel is very modern and sleep. Amazing experience overall!

" Nice room but valet are criminals"

Right by a police station so you hear a lot of sirens but decent hotel. Pretty sure valet attendant went through the stuff we left in our car and stole some things.

I'm not sure how this hotel managed to get such high ratings. It's seriously outdated, the staff isn't particularly friendly, and housekeeping only comes every other day—often missing half the tasks they're supposed to do. Breakfast is your typical hotel buffet, nothing special and certainly not healthy. I liked the location, fairly central, abundant parking options near by, which was amazing. Overall it served our purpose but next time would try to find another hotel.
