Good hotel for the price and great location. The hotel is located near shops, restaurants, and Chinatown. The staff (Christopher, desk clerk & doorman) was very attentive. They made you feel welcome. As a recently renovated hotel, the room was nice size and clean, however, it would have been nice if the toilet in the room was part of the renovation to include chair height toilet seat versus the existing very low toilet seat. Also, if they could have upgraded the hot water system to ensure guests have ongoing hot water at any time ( my 1st night there was no hot water). One great benefit was the complimentary hot breakfast, which included a variety of breakfast food, including making your own waffle. The breakfast was very tasty. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I was satisfied with my stay.

Great spot , great staff and top shelf breakfast!! Central location & a 24 hr 7-11 just around the corner. Get the park & stay with Hilton honors discount and use the subway a few short blocks away

Hotel was close to Metro, which was great for Arlington. We walked to the monuments, and again, it was doable with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The best was the Yard House. The breakfast was great to begin the day of sightseeing. Rooms were alright. Beds are full, not queen and the bathroom fan never worked. There's a water bottle refill station on the main floor, and that was handy.

The front desk person checking me in could of been more courteous and could learn to smile The bell boy was fabulous the check out person was great

Breakfast was good. Food staff very friendly as well as front desk staff.

Overall good, but the air conditioning is too loud and it impacts sleep
