Best Western Plus Graham Inn

Was a nice surprise to see the a/c filters clean. The coil area is pretty bad though. The most obvious is the carpets in the hallway and in our room. We came in through the end door of the hallway and the door was not locked. So I didn't have to use my key. Also kind of smelly of food orders. Did not seem like they have been vacuumed in awhile. Other than that is was clean. The cosmetics of the place is a little rough in spots to charge a $159 a night. So that seems high for the value.

Very clean. Staff was professional and courteous. Great location.

I was not a fan of the powdered eggs, but loved that you had a zero calorie juice drink option.

Some of the finishes were worn and needed repaired. Beds were very comfortable.

Shower didn’t work lights were out in room tried to get them fixed didn’t happen. The swimming pool was closed.

The front desk agent was fantastic. Said she’s been there 16 years. You could tell she liked her job. Great personality.

Bath tub had some rust. But was fine.

The guests next door were rather noisy but we didn't complain because there were several kids. They were just kids being kids. One of the security locks on the door was very loose and needed to be screwed back in. The elevator wasn't working but that didn't really affect us because our room was on the bottom floor. Had a hard time trying to figure out how to turn the shower on :)

It was a nice hotel and the service we received at check in and checkout was superior! Tue room was nice and clean.

The elevator was out of service so we had to climb stairs to get to our room and when we left. Also the person working Saturday morning was rude and didn't have all the breakfast stuff set out and told us we would have to wait an hour or so to get what we wanted.
