Don’t come to stay here

So dirty they don’t change towels or bedding

A place to stay for the night if you’re trying to save money. Wouldn’t stay here with my kids but my room doesn’t smell like smoke, the tv works, carpet seems new and the bed is okay. There’s a large mini fridge in the room and a microwave. Probably won’t shower here but I would stay here again next time I’m in the area on a budget. It’s like being in college again in a guys off campus apartment. Front desk lady was super friendly and approachable.

Cigarette holes in blankets

Our friend booked two rooms. I spent less than 5 minutes in my room before I was at the front desk ready to check out. The room smelled horrible. We had a live roach in the disgusting microwave, the sheets & tub were both covered in burns, the tub drain was clogged with cigarette butts, dead insect parts everywhere and evidence of bed bugs in some of the drawers and on the mattress, mouse/rat droppings behind the side tables and in the bathroom, c*m stains on the bed skirt and carpet, exposed wiring next to the bed, brown stains on one of the towels. The lady at the front desk got pretty defensive when we mentioned evidence of bed bugs, claiming that they've never had any issue with bed bugs, and asked to see my photos. As I was showing her the filth in the room she cut me off and goes: “Let me see the bed bugs.” So I showed her a photo showing bed bug poop in the corner of one of the drawers(indicating a bed bug nest was there.) Still completely in denial, the front desk lady takes my phone and zooms in to a piece of a dead cockroach and goes: “This is what you think is a bed bug? That’s just a piece of a roach.” As if that’s normal? As if their standard of cleanliness allows for dead bugs in their furniture? But she still denied there being bed bugs in the hotel, and checked us out of both of our rooms. The property manager sat listening to my conversation with the front desk lady and never came out from behind the dirty sheet he had pinned up separating off part of the lobby so say a single word to us. But he did ask the lady from Expedia that handled my refund to relay a message to me. She said that he “kindly requested” that I not post a review of the hotel or the photos I took. The audacity. To be fully aware of how disgusting your rooms are, and to then ask someone that has seen and documented that vile filth to keep quiet about it is absolutely deplorable. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Abundance of cockroaches in room and bathroom, bathroom door had giant hole in it, coffee station was disgusting as if it hadnt been washed in 8 months of frequent use, staff lady refused to give refund, said expedia had to do it because we booked online, expedia tried to call her 4 times, she would not answer and would sit there listening to it ring, she had her own dog off the leash in the parking lot, we had to sit in the entrance blocking the entrance to ensure we wouldnt hit a dog running in front of the car. While in some places dogs not on a leash is fine and good too, but the PARKING LOT is NOT SAFE TO HAVE YOUR PET OFF THE LEASH ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WONT COME WHEN YOU CALL THEM, AND THERE ARE CARS DRIVING AROUND YOU AND YOUR PET. The conditions of this hotel could make someone sick or sicker, my fiancee has health conditions that residing in a place that unsanitary is likely to send her to the hospital. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY UNSANITARY CONDITIONS WITH COCKROACHES AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

This hotel has roaches. And is utterly filthy and disgusting.

Being cheap never again... walked in the room ..and then ran out fast because the bathroom had cockroaches..the blanket has cigarette 🚬 burns the hotel needs shut down
