W Montreal

If I could give more than a 5 I would! This hotel is absolutely incredible in every single aspect. From the ambience to the staff and the location, perfect! I can honestly say I do not have one complaint about this hotel. As soon as we arrived the gentleman Matthew at the door greeted us and swept up our luggage and brought it to the front desk. As you enter the hotel, you can tell that it is a very modern and elegant establishment. From top to bottom, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk made check in a breeze. They were very nice and made my daughter who was one at the time laugh. This is where we met Mireille the concierge. Mireille was an absolute highlight of our stay. She is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. All of questions and needs were met by her. Mireille went above and beyond for my daughter as well. We got to our room and were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Again, keeping up with the lobby, very clean and comfortable. Our room stylist (housekeeping) Elaine on the 6th floor was absolutely incredible! She missed absolutely nothing and made sure our room was perfect for us. She also went above and beyond for my daughter by leaving stuffed animals, an extra large garbage for diapers and always saying hi and goodnight to her. So if you are on the 6th floor make sure you say hello! The lobby bar is something to definitely visit. Pierre-André made me the most amazing cocktails and was very personable. Not only can he make an awesome and beautiful cocktail but he will make you laugh as well. Definitely stop by to see him during your stay! I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will not regret it. I will definitely be back ASAP!

We spent 4 days at the W in Montreal prior to Xmas. After a long drive and exasperating traffic around the hotel, we were rescued by Davouth, our Ambassadeur, who valeted the SUV, and helped bring in our luggage. Ines, the Receptionniste, was very understanding and thoughtful, and was able to upgrade our room and provided us with a voucher for a quick libation to get our trip off on the right foot. She provided us with some great shopping tips in the downtown core and other thoughts on things to do while we were in the city. Finally, Zach, our concierge, had reached out to us prior to arrival, and gave us some really great choices for restaurants in the area. On short notice after arrival, he managed to book a couple of them on what was a busy pre-xmas weekend. Both restaurants were fantastic! Thanks to the W, and especially these three terrific employees for making our stay such a great experience. Highly recommend the W! It was our first time at the W, but it won't be our last.

Location was great and the rooms were clean. The staff was lovely and the restaurant downstairs was excellent!

Good comfortable stay, good service, food & location. Room & drinks at the bar whilst good are overpriced.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel over Christmas and we had the best stay. I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay extra comfortable and lovely. Everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was so large and clean and well decorated! Def recommend this hotel to others! :)

Amazing property !

From the moment we walked into the W Hotel Montreal, the service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff made us feel so welcome, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special highlight was when the reception team arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my wife—what an incredible touch! Toni at the concierge desk went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect. The young lady at the front desk (who I believe was from Algeria) was also amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but her warmth and attentiveness made a huge impression on us. She truly went the extra mile to make our stay even more memorable. The vibe at the W Hotel is absolutely off the hook—vibrant, chic, and energetic. It was a truly unique and fun experience. From the stylish decor to the impeccable service, every part of our stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the W Hotel Montreal for anyone looking for a top-tier, unforgettable experience in the city. We will definitely be back!

Modern hotel, a bit expensive for what it is. But it is very clean, check-in/out were fast. We were two adults in the room and there was only one robe and no slippers. They brought them to our room in 5 mins. Overall pleasant experience.

Loved everything about it. parking is hard, but valet staff were excellent in bringing and receiving the car when needed.
