"Mis cumpleaños fue más especial gracias a su staff"

Me gusto mucho la comida, los postres pueden mejorar. Hicieron un chili riquísimo en el restaurante de la playa. Por otra parte, Todo el staff está todo el tiempo pendiente a las clientes y son súper amables. Lleve un pastel para mi cumpleaños y me lo llevaron en el restaurante a las carta y me cantaron feliz cumpleaños, ese gesto hizo mi noche muy especial, además en la habitación agregaron una cinta en la puerta de feliz cumpleaños & también la mesa del restaurante tenía flores muy bonitas por motivo a mi cumpleaños. Nuestra habitación estuvo bien limpia y todo el hotel lo limpian en la mañana temprano, principalmente el área de la piscina y la playa. Las bebidas es algo que deben de mejorar, el sabor es agradable pero no tienen casi nada de alcohol, además no tienen discoteca pero el staff de entretenimiento son espectaculares, había música en vivo, ellos bailan y animan a todos a participar, realmente no nos sentimos aburridos y siempre hay algo que hacer e igual los niños siempre tienen algo que hacer con las actividades de kid club. En general fue una excelente estadía y volvería de nuevo.

La calidad de los tragos, deben de mejorar.

The buffet and the staff were excellent. Andrea at the bar is the best with her own vibe, very sweet and courteous!

The bed and the pillows were stiff, the AC kind of loud when on.
