Very large pool

This is not full all-inclusive - it's only from 15:00 on the day of check-in to 11:00 on check out day, so basically they remove one lunch from all inclusive The gym is very small and fully occupied in the mornings for such a large hotel No beach, no good road to the beach Hotel is difficult to navigate - the architecture didn't have enough experience

The hotel is beautiful and perfect for both families and couples. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well designed. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a private pool room, and the team was kind enough to assist us with a late check out. The pool is clean and big.

Cleanliness. Nice looking. The pool bar staff are better, full of smiles & cheerful.

Staff are rude, unkind, they dont care, no compassion. The only person who was nice/kind/empathetic was Maria at the reception. All the others look down on you as if they are doing you a favour when assisting you. Food - its more or less "fraud" , the all inclusive is not what you would expect from a 5 star so called retreat resort. Not much options at the buffet. Pool bar more or less does not have "food options" for the All inclusive especially if you travelled with kids. You'l have to buy proper hot snacks/food. We've never had such horrid "5 star" experience. Drinks service at the buffet is snail slow. You end up leaving before you drink arrives. Eat your food with no drink half the time. Room - 100% falsly advertised. Booked a sea view family suite. All deception - not a sea view. More or less mountain or carpark view. If u "want" to see the sea.. better grap the balcony rails and stretch your neck out to the side to be able to see the see [if you dont fall off that balcony] basically the room is not even a straightforward "Side sea view". So please change your advertisement - word it differently. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing! More like staff are trained to be unkind. Maybe families are not your audience.
