College Inn Hotel

Eating choices nearby were great and so was transit with the flixbus long distance blocks away and same with the lrt. Rooms were quaint yet cozy thou no AC so had to rely on fans to stay cool. Shared bathroom and showers were kind of meh though in suite lav sink was there for brushing of teeth n grooming. Would repeat as it is in a great location away from dt and limited exposures to sketchy crowds as mostly students living nearby.

Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful! Just right on the corner of the campus, close to all facilities. Recommend to parents or short term visitors for sure!

The reception was very kind and helpful even during late night check in. The top floor common area was very nice with free water and coffee. I wish they had a hair dryer in the room.

Bad experience earlier last month. Temperature was about 90 degrees and we discovered that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Fans provided in the room were quite inadequate, resulting in a hot room. The web site says: "Our Inn recently underwent extensive renovations to ensure the comfort of our guests" but the renovations did not include air conditioning. Apparently the owner is not a believer in climate change. Web site does not pro-actively state no air conditioning. [On Amenities, it notes no elevators but is silent about air conditioning.] Depending on which room you book, there either is or is not a disclosure at booking about lack of air conditioner. And if you read the email confirmation carefully below the first several lines, there is a disclosure in the details about no air conditioning. And then there was the on-site attendant; requesting a rate reduction via text for the hot room resulted in the attendant feeling "threatened" and saying the police would be called; the only threat was to maximizing revenue. Its "values" do not include addressing issues with customers. This establishment is to be avoided in the summer.

We upgraded to the bedroom with the bathroom and the room was super cute. It was clean. One thing we didn’t like was no AC just a fan but it wasn’t terrible. Everyone was friendly.

You can’t beat the proximity to UW main campus and the Link.

They mentioned no AC in the email after I already bought the stay. Probably a fault of the booking website I used and not the property. But it was extremely hot. They did provide fans and we brought a couple of our own so it worked out eventually. I was also very confused about parking. I ended up having to park somewhat illegally but no ticket so hooray.

歴史的な建物に宿泊することができて、部屋や建物内の内装などがとても素敵でした。掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。 ロフトに冷蔵庫やキッチンがあり自炊ができて、コーヒーや紅茶、ホットチョコレートなどを24時間自由に飲むことができてありがたかった。部屋に大きめの机と洗面台があるのがよかった。スタッフはとても親切でした。夫はこの宿をとても気に入っていました。

エアコンが無いので暑くて窓を開けっぱなしにしていたため、虫が入ってきたり、建物の横の道が工事中だったので、工事の音や周りの音はうるさかったです。
