"Amazing place"

The location, the facilities of the hotel, the food in the restaurant, the recreational activities, and the additional restaurants are spectacular. It is an excellent place to visit the amazing El Cajas natural reserve.

The sound insulation between rooms is poor, and the staff's help during check-out was inadequate. Nobody helped us with the luggage.

La ubicación es espectacular, los paisajes durante todo el día, el desayuno bufette es excelente

aunque seleccione con mascota, me cobraron un valor adicional, pq en la reserva no esta cobrado
