En la noche hay demasiado ruido de las maderas de las escaleras y pisos no se puede dormir, además las cortinas son blancas y dejan pasar TODA la luz de afuera, quedé demasiadas horas en vela, no regresaría a dormir allá, deben aislar el sonido en los dormitorios por favor

Era limpio

La cabaña estaba cinco minutos lejos de la recepción a lado de una carretera con mucho tráfico y ruido por todo la noche. Imposible de dormir. El camino hasta allá era lodoso, tenía que llevar mi maleta, sin ayuda del hotel, no había transporte. La calefacción no funcionó suficientemente. La repuesta sobre la contraseña me contestaron después de 15 horas!! Mi pedido para cambiar la habitación no contestaron. No había limpieza diaria. Al final me cobraron la cuenta del restaurante dos veces.

"Good property but service can improve"

The property is very nice and cozy And the views are very beautiful

The staff needs to be nicer The room (had a jacuzzi) however was in a top floor, no view, and had a lot of water leaks on the roof. Also the room due to the wind felt like trembling and makes us dizzy. We have stayed here before and was much better than this time.
