The villa was beautiful. A fabulous staff. Many cheap eating places

The location wasn't great. A bit far from the beach if you have to walk. The beaches in that area are not so nice. Water is rough and the sand very Shaley ( not soft sea sand)

😊😊😊 All the service crew are very polite and courteous, especially Elisa. This is the first time of my 26 stays in Bali, a service crew like Elisa is able to converse fluently with me in English. She also did not assume I could speak Bahasa Indonesia just my accompanying guests do speak Malay. Well done, Elisa! Awesome service recovery on toilet repairs, stained towels and bedsheets! One of my other guests (first time to Bali with his aged mother) had forgotten to return his villa key. Elisa was quick to call and message me. My apologies on behalf of my guests for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and receiving the key from my Indo son. 🙏🏼 Your picture of pretty you, my dear Elisa. 😊😊 I had deliberately chosen Jl Cendrawasih due to the fact it's off the busy and noisy streets of Jl. Kayu Ayu, Jl Petitinget and Batu Belig. Offers me a more quiet respite and accessibility to the beaches for surf either by walking or scooting. Several marts, warungs, coffee joints just within 5 minutes of walking. 😊 Space of the villa is sufficient. Perhaps less foliage? See comments on pool.

😒😒😒 It always take a group of rambunctious and rowdy people to disturb other villa guests AND the villa service guests. The calm of the villa was obviously broken by one such group, though not the fault of the villa staff. However, the Villa Management could enforce strict rules for such type of cocky and obstreperous guests that they could be removed from the property for non-compliance and/or not heeding given warnings. 😒😒 Woken up by the drilling and construction noises almost every morning and it was directly opposite my unit. Water dispenser did not dispense water hot enough to make coffee and tea. No dishwashing liquid at the kitchen sink. So we went to buy our own. No handsoap or liquid at the bathroom. I didn't enter the pool much for cleanliness reasons. Even if the staff had removed leaves everyday, the fact that there's just too much foliage is enough render any maintenance futile. There is always a layer of pollen and duet from the construction opposite my unit. 😒 Bedsheet was stained and pool tool towels were stained (Elisa offered immediate change). Toilet flush was broken BUT Elisa arranged it to repaired very quickly. Ponding at the shower area due to bad drainage (resolved). The shower pressure was really weak (unresolved). The Villa's facade and aesthetic appeal is now drab, faded and weathered. Some equipment are malfunctioning and are indicating the need for replacement. The infrastructure has deteriorated. The Villa would benefit from an upgrade the equipment and infrastructure to enhance utility reliability and efficiency; as well as, a refresh of the experior to meet current property standards and improve overall impression.
