The staff were amazing without their smiles everyday we would of absolutely hated this place

The property should not be a 5star rated!!!!! We have been misold completely! It was so dirty it is a mix between staff attention to detail and the place being cleaning it was just uncleanable. You can see we have booked a 5 star hotel and the difference is very significant. Stains everywhere, towel stains, broken lights, the light in the bathroom mirror didn’t work so it was soooo hard to get ready as the only mirrors were in the bathroom. The bed sheets smelt bad and the overall room was poor. The sink taps were deteriorating. Again I want to say the staff are wonderful and it’s impossible to clean this place they need to redo the whole place. The worst accommodation we have ever stayed in I wish we could attach more pictures

Linens were stained. No space around pool to relax. Breakfast was just uncomfortable as there was no place to eat it. Toilets didn’t flush properly.

Loved the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Always there when we needed a hand for anything. Location is ok, kinda private area away from main road. 30-45 mins drive to and from airport. Loved the bed size and the pool right outside was a bonus. Very close to local restaurants, supermarkets etc. The check in and check out process was super easy. Will definitely come back and stay here.

The separate entrance to the upstairs room you have to walk out then climb the stairs from the outside. Wifi was super slow we had to buy our own data during our stay in order to have fast service. Shuttle from the airport mentioned on available services was not true. Had no shuttle available on our arrival but was offered a refund on taxi booking if we chose to book a taxi. Kind of frustrating since we arrived super exhausted and the hassle to book a taxi was a tad expensive and harder then Grab so we did a Grab which was not refundable. I think it's better to update their booking system and remove the shuttle available so all booking is aware and plans ahead. Showers had no pressure. Very slow and weak shower pressure.

The villa was clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was near the popular cafes and restaurants. Convenient indeed.
