National 9 Inn Wellington

No power at the hotel and refusal to issue a refund. This issue will be resolved with the health department and bbb

Not very clean, nothing maintained. Pool out of service. Weather stripping for the door was destroyed. Tub leaked.

Quiet, restaurant for breakfast was great deal and food perfect. Excellent value overall

Location is always convenient and plenty of parking for trailers. Having the restaurant available is nice.

Found a cigarette in the non smoking room.

I actually stayed here because of the cowboy Cafe and my little boy was excited to eat there for dinner and breakfast. The staff were super friendly and my little boy wanted to try and make friends with all of them!

The only thing I didn't like was that I really had to press on the door to close it. But the staff all seemed to be right in top of getting it fixed when I mentioned it to them.

I book this motel through booking. Already paid when I arrived. But somehow the front desk unfriendly tattoo guy charged me room fee again. The next morning when I was checking out, I told the other friendly lady about the extra room fee, she refunded to me. Also, there is a door between two rooms, so I can clearly hear conversation next door. The whole night I didn’t want to make any sound. This feels so bad.
