National 9 Inn Wellington

We came for a funeral & It was very dirty when we checked into the room & opened the door we were slammed with cigarettes smoke smell it was horrible everything we took is now covered in smoke smell. The curtains were covered in so much dust & the room was bearly vacuumed. Our bedding didn't seem cleaned either there was pubic hair on one of the beds to the point I asked for other bedding just to remake that bed. There was so many flies & other bugs. The pool was out of order & when u walked through it, it stunk so bad like mold. It was absolutely disgusting. We had no choice but to stay here because all the other hotels were booked full & we were dealing with my father in laws death the day we checked in. Not to mention we didn't have the money to even book another room if it was even available. When I checked out I asked for the deposit back but they claimed it was never put on hold I'm still waiting on that call back to figure out.

There was a male worker who did the days that was very nice when I asked them to fix the AC & made sure to put it in the system about the smoke smell so we weren't the ones to be blamed.

Poor condition inside and out. Needs major upgrades to be a 3-star rating. Electrical plugs worn to the point they won't hold a plug in. TV is too old to enjoy.

The room was comfortable and clean. There are no outlets at bedside. No coffee in the room. Staff were great and helpful.

Everything above our expectations will definitely stay again

Property was close to our destination. Parking lot was good for our truck and trailer.

Mattress needs replacing. Room sinks of cigarette smoke. Room needs refreshin, new carpet, fresh paint.

Friendly staff!

Bed was uncomfortable. The wall outlets were all worn out, plugs wouldn't stay in outler. Needs remodeling. Pool was not working. Tolet had a slow leak so it went off every 15 minutes through .Night.
