Rooms need a coffee maker

The condition of the rooms was terrible. Dirty bathroom and dirty behind the beds. Awful.

We booked online. We always use the same booking site. It's myself, my three children, and our certified animal. We have all of our information listed on our booking profile. We always book animal friendly rooms. We booked as we normally do. We paid almost a hundred dollars a night for 6 nights, which definitely wasn't worth it. On top of that, we paid a hundred dollar deposit that they refused to return to us. She said we supposedly never disclosed that we had an animal with us. We did disclose this information from the start. Our animal is certified. We mentioned him when checking in as we always do. We also made it know after viewing a sign on the door that specifically says no cats allowed. Would not recommend this location. Also, we ate at the restaurant while there. We ordered scones. They were dough on the inside. We told them, and they took them back and just threw them in the fryer after we had taken them to our room.

Good clean older hotel with a very friendly staff.

The staff were terrific.

When I checked in, my agent was as pleasant as the day is long. Can't complain about a friendly, helpful, professional young lady, can you?
