The rooms are cement walls you feel like an old dorm room box the rooms are not modern whatsoever. The food in the restaurant is low level processed garbage nothing fresh. Do not waste your money go to Condado or Isla Verde avoid this place at all costs

It was clean fast to get to from the gate. I feel it as the furthest from the hotel in the airport. It took maybe 10 minutes to get to tsa check area from the hotel the next morning.

My pass key to my room did not work and necessitated a trip back to the front desk. I was giving another pass key and this one worked after a few tries.

Conveniently located in the airport. Late flights arrivals stay here and get breakfast in the AM. Then pickup your car.

Very nice staff and clean! Breakfast was a plus! Great service and staff was super friendly and accommodating! I was only there briefly since my flight got in very late and the airport hotel was a convenient place to rest for the next day. Again, LOVED the breakfast and options they offered ! I would definitely consider in the future!

The outdoor area was closed I wasn’t informed about this before hand and the bed looked like it had bed bugs

Nice refurbed hotel , laundry machines were free which was a nice surprise, Breakfast in the morning was okay. We did have a issue with the shower handle falling off when I got in the shower we were able to put it on enough to turn the water off but my wife was not comfortable with using it that way we informed the front desk and all they did is was give us the managers number. Other than the shower it was a decent place to stay

Staff was pilot; room was a nice size. Bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded. They need to mention that they do not have an onsite parking - it’s actually the airport parking lot that guests can use. Worth the stay for a quick no frills trip.

Although convenient due to its location inside the airport, I found it overpriced for the type of rooms offered. The room also lacked a mini fridge, which was disappointing.
