The room is too cold for me. There should be a way to control the air conditioning temperature. That should not be that difficult. It’s very difficult to sleep when the room is freezing. They should also be flexible with their costumers. One should not have to pay 100.00 because of itinerary change.

Hotel is connected to the airport terminal so nice and handy. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Paola on the front desk was super helpful. Will stay here again for an overnight stay when catching a cruise ship.
