The room was clean and had everything we needed

Check to late and check out so early

Lots of room, very clean, very quiet. Lots of extra blankets & pillows.

Beds weren't super comfortable. One bedroom door wouldn't close. TV in living room was small-ish.

Worst service and check in ever. I couldn’t believe how rude this person was. It was a virtual check in (no person on site) meaning I spoke to the person through a phone sitting on the counter which is not noted in their ad. She told me they did not have a copy of my booking but their WiFi is unsecured so I was unable to send her an email copy of my booking. She refused to just enter my information as a guest to process the check in. She just said I can’t help you. I said I’ve already paid for this hotel. She tells me to contact booking.com for a refund. I ask to speak to a manager and she replies that the manager will be in tomorrow morning. It took 45 minutes for this back and forth nonsense before finally she entered my information as a guest to check me in (I’m assuming she contacted some kind of manager). Absolutely ridiculous and no customer service skills whatsoever. I definitely would not have stayed there if I hadn’t prepaid for the room already. It appears there is no staffing on site at this hotel period meaning if there is any problem through the night you’re pretty much on your own. The room was basically clean but the bed was uncomfortable and s The AC horribly loud and made a banging noise all night. This room was a complete waste of money and an awful experience.
