Well appointed, clean, secure. Centrally located for what we needed. Nicely landscaped and cared for. Maintenance was very responsive when requested.

Laundry had too many out of order appliances. Decks needed to be painted. 2nd unit rented (210) needed a good airing out.

Great value, well cleaned. Inside is all you need for vacation. Don’t feels like resort actually, but decent apartments/motel.

Sofa mattress have seen its best time, but it is ok for couple of nights

This place is the best deal in Reno. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it never disappoints me.

No towels at the pool/spa

Good, quiet, central Sparks location with easy freeway access. Generally clean and housekeeping was generous with the towels and pillows upon request. There is fantastic parking; the apartment is generally clean, and it's quite spacious. Remote checking is a little odd but I have to give props for efficiency! This property is constantly improving, little by little, and I appreciate the homey, family-style touches they provide.

I have stayed here before and would call this resort "B for Basic," as in it has a coffee maker but it ain't a Keurig, you know? It has an adequate bathroom but the toilet is very low. Stair railings are a bit rusty and wobbly. Decks need paint. So, those types of maintenance details could use improvement.

Loved the location, the kitchen and the layout as well as the landscaping. However, the living room furniture and bed were not comfortable to sleep or sit on. There was supposed to be a "Welcome" package in our room -- there wasn't. Couldn't figure out how to get on the internet and no one on the front desk knew how either. Wasn't keen on the fact that there was not a human on the front desk to interact with. It was all done through cameras and very automated. It didn't feel very personal.
