Crown Resorts Henipa

trivelige og høflige ansatte, bra renhold, veldig kort vei til stranden. alt i alt ett bra hotell som ligger noe øde til, med tanke på shopping og uteliv. kun få minutter unna med taxi, ligger Larnaca. frokost helt ok, uten de store fristelser. middagen (buffe) anbefales ikke. greit sted å ha som base for reise rundt på kypros. Stor fordel var at det ikke var noen nordmenn eller andre skandinaver der, for de som foretrekker det. for de som ønsker lokal mat, ligger det flere småsteder 10 til 20 min med taxi, inn i landet. Oroklini er ett av flere bra steder i så hensende. internett tilgang i bar/resepsjons område.

I stayed at the Henipa hotel on my own for 4 days. The experience can be marked down as the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I arrived at 10am following an operation the pervious day covered in bandages, to be told to wait until 2pm for check in, which was fine,as I was 4 hours early, but I was in incredible amounts of pain so I just made myself as comfy as I could on a bar sofa in front of the reception desk. As people arrived around 1pm to check in, they were allocated rooms- all fine. except I couldnt believe I was in plain view of the staff and they had not come up to me and mention that i could start checking in- I was right in front of them! so after getting myself up, i checked in, and i asked if someone could help me with my bag.. I was told 'wait minute please' , I continued to wait what was 25 minutes until someone could help me- or what seemed like when they remembered. I got to my room and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, bin was not emptied- what else had they not cleaned or changed? The bed lamps were both broken, and the telephone didnt work. Wifi was only available down in the reception. so after hobbling down there with my phone and laptop, not being able to log on and informing 2 different receptionists that i couldn't connect, they said, 'ok i check'.. and never came back to me- so after an hour of trying i went back up to my room. The attitude of the staff was generally appalling, rude and abrupt. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

Overall it's ok. We only stayed one night to visit friends, so chose the hotel due to its price and proximity to the area we were visiting. First appearances the hotel looks like it's been recently decorated. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room although large was very dated and needs some serious updating. The next morning breakfast was a non starter! Limited choices, and appears to be catering solely for the Eastern block countries, so a little disappointing :( The pools are very nice, clean and supervised. Plenty of sunbeds and space. The bar prices are very high which again is a disapointment, as theres no bars or supermakets within walking distance. Overall i felt a little disapointed after the initial reception i recieved. This hotel has so much untapped potential!!

мне достался отличный номер, просторный и светлый) в остальном питание обычное, без изысков и очень много мух в столовой...бррр в остальном очень уютное место.

The "garden view" with balcony was of a balcony looking at a parking lot. The fridge was locked and for two euro's a day you could use it - not family friendly! The breakfast bufe was unimaganative. They did not provide towels to use around the pool - but sold towels in the gift shop.

not a bad hotel for the price.

Leichter Schimmel im Bad. Ein Frühstück, bei dem Sie sich auf NICHTS freuen können: Keine Brötchen, lediglich zwei Sorten Toast, billigster Käse, eine Art Frühstücksfleisch, fettige Würstchen, weiße Bohnen, Tomaten, Melone. Alles völlig lieblos hingestellt. Der Teppich im Buffetraum total fleckig. Okay man wird satt. Aber jede Kantine ist besser.Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Erst versuchte sich der Mann an der Rezeption, dann ein Manager. Der Manager stank total nach Zigarettenrauch, die Finger waren tabakgelb. Nachdem er auch den Fernseher nicht in Gang setzen konnte, kam ein Techniker, der nach 20 Minuten erfolgreich war. In diesem Hotel arbeitet sonst nur der Gärtner gut: Die Anlage ist außen gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist furchtbar: Zwei Hauptstraßen direkt vor der Tür - keine schöne Küste (sehr schmaler Steinstrand).

Aardig hotel met vriendelijke bediening maar gelegen aan een drukke verkeersweg. Vlak aan het strand maar het strand is smal en kiezelig. Kamer ok maar harde bedden, geen zeep of shampoo, slechte douche en geen stop in het bad, kennelijk om te voorkomen dat je een bad neemt en meer water gebruikt. Het hotel heeft wel een mooie tuin met bar en zwembad.

Siamo stati ospiti per 7 giorni in questo hotel, e mi sento di non consigliarlo causa odori sgradevolissimi nel raggio di 2km (sospettavamo ci fossero migliaia di stalle di cavalli, ma in realta' degli equini nemmeno l'ombra, solo odori nauseanti....). Camere non all'altezza di un tre stelle, per lo più fatiscenti e con i bagni scrostati. La pulizia della camera era insoddisfacente, di farsi cambiare gli asciugamani non c'era verso. Colazione povera e senza troppe varianti, ma comunque accettabile. Piscine e giardino gradevoli. Games room da incubo con biliardo e giochi con un kilo di polvere. Alla reception personale molto gentile. Situato lontano da spiagge degne di questo nome e anche da Larnaka (anche se consiglio di andare ad Agia Napa). Se non noleggiate un auto (sappiate che la guida e' a sinistra) lo troverete molto scomodo. Se lo scegliete evitate l'all inclusive...avrete un motivo per girare.
