the reception area, lobby and dining room were very clean, and nice, but the room was not very pleasant.An unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom did not look attractable.The towells do not look clean due to very old use. there is no way to get some air conditioner unless you stay in the room due to energy saving system.I was extremly hot and smelly in the room.everything looks dirty but in reality it is very old and dusty Overall I did not feel comfortable at all in the room, altough the lobby and dinning room were nice.

Bonne situation, accès autoroute Nicosia 47 km, aéroport Lanarca 17 Km. Lieu de détente et accueil efficient de la réception aux services bar et restauration. Piscines et bungalow sur site. Clientèle internationale. Manager compétent et bon public relation. Seule point négatif : salle Fitness non opérationnelle et/ou équipement out of order.

I can only review the room and breakfast. - Not fixed curtain rail. - Cracked ceiling with traces of water leakage nearby the curtain rail & window. - Bathroom: facings on the tiles, toilets & everywhere, looked like it hasn't been renovated / thoroughly cleaned for decades. Shower worked ok. After breakfast (advice: go elsewhere for it!) I opened the faucet (completely). After approx. 2 minutes there was a little rinnlet, finally. Seems like the water pump isn't up-to-date and running neither. If you're ok with this kind of "standard", fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The hotel was nice as well as most of the staff but not all of them. There was a receptionist and she wasn't really a delight but the rest were nice people. The problem is that there is no room service after 9 so if I need to order something, I simply can't. Another thing is thing is that there is no fridge in the room and to have one you have to rent it from reception which wasn't available as well so I stayed the whole week without a fridge. The room was really nice though and the hotel in general was satisfying. I hope that the receptionists have an idea about touristic places to visit as they told us to go to a travel agency to ask there. That's how I found the hotel. It was a nice trip. I enjoyed it.

not enough towels,stains on bed covers,dirty headboard,dirty carpet,faulty airconditioner.not having entertai every night like was promissed,bar is not open inside the hotel,in short,total disaster.

How come at the lobbi + brakfast there is no air condition ???

No complaints about the hotel services or cleanliness. However there are not a whole lot of stuff to do or places to go eat in the near vicinity of the hotel location.

We stayed here on business but I would recommend it to families looking for a quiet and safe hotel. The rooms are very fresh and simply equipped. The air conditioning works well, too. The outside pools are great for children and adults alike. There is a separate adult pool and two other pools for children. A tennis court, play frame and good space around the pool would make it perfect for families - especially if they are young as the pools are safe. The food is a different story. Breakfast is served early (again great for families) from 7AM; but is simple and not very exciting. The restaurant is in need of a make-over and sits at odds with the modern hotel. The staff are friendly, the location is 'quiet' and not very good for ANY nightlife but other hotels put you right in the middle of Ayia Nappa if you want this.... I woke up refreshed everyday with no late night noise or disruptions. Overall I would stay here again - its close to the airport but there are so many other fantastic hotels on offer on the Island.

Excepté la hall qui est neuf tout est viellot. La nouriture est horrible, chère et il n'y a pas de choix. Cet hotel est situé à l'autre bout de la ville, très loin du centre et à l'opposé de l'aéropport et non pas a quelques minutes comme indiqué dans le descriptif. L'eau de la piscine est trop chaude et la propreté est très très douteuse. Même pour une seule nuit, c'est un mauvais rapport qualité prix.
