The property was very clean, the service was great , I came in the day after the original day I was expecting to arrive, however I was told I couldn’t be refunded for that day, I was a disappointed about that.

Only liked the beach, and the hard working people

Even though the resort is beautiful and the sounds are peaceful, the food options are limited and not Lucian style. I was looking for more of a ethnic food vibe. The bar staff was amazing, with the exclusion of one particular person. My room was on the ground floor and security that was suppose to make me feel safe, saw me come in late in the night and asked me over and over if he can come into my room. I quickly locked the door and closed the curtains. this place is probably good for older folks who just want quiet and rest. i would not spend the money if you want a Lucian experience. I met some wonderful people despite the negative experiences who made me feel warm and welcomed. Shot out to, Tasha Michael Dean who went out of their way to make my experience more pleasurable.

The grounds are outstanding. Beach condition and the location for a sunset view is fantastic. Nice quiet pools. Great food and drinks. Plenty of selection so you won't get bored with menus. For something different, ask for a chocolate rum martini in the champagne room after dinner. Boutique feel overall and not crowded.

A Truly Exceptional Resort Experience From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lush, green grounds that gave the resort a tropical, almost jungle-like atmosphere, beautifully maintained and vibrant. The room was impeccably clean and met every expectation for comfort and quality. The resort offers an impressive range of amenities, including water sports, a full-service spa, and easy beach access. Transportation around the property was seamless, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the outstanding staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Keegan, Jackie, Casey, Myckel, Chelsea, Jassie, and Shana. Each of them brought warmth and sincerity to every interaction, making me feel genuinely welcome; like I was at home. This resort has become my absolute favorite, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-rounded, and memorable getaway.

Lovely staff and facilities. Conveniently near the airport, town, and bus stops. Had a very comfortable stay, would absolutely come back.

We just returned from the most wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed and well cared for. A special shoutout to Orlando at the bar, who always greeted us with a smile and made the most delicious drinks. He had a great memory for our favorites and was an absolute joy to chat with each day. And Ernie from guest activities brought so much energy and positivity—he truly went above and beyond to make every activity fun and engaging. His enthusiasm was contagious! The beachfront property was absolutely stunning—pristine sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. As for the food, everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, but two things really stood out: the breakfasts (so many choices and beautifully presented) and the delightful afternoon tea service, which added such a special and relaxing touch to our days. This resort is a gem, made even better by the incredible people who work there. We’re already talking about when we can come back!
