No TV in the rooms. You can forget and recharge your inner self.
Nothing to do outside of hotel. Secluded. Not many options for excursions offered. Staff was definitely friendly and accommodating.

The property and staff are great, they treat you excellent all the time. We stayed there for a week and all staff were really courteous and attentive. The food is delicious with different selections every day, you will not go hungry. It’s a only adult resort, so just perfect if you don’t want kids around. The only bad experience we had was with the excursions we booked through the concierge at the hotel, specifically the sulfur springs and rum tours. It all felt rushed to just get you in and out as fast as possible. It was just a money making scheme for our guides, didn’t even spend 5 min in the mud bath before being rushed out, not to mention it was packed with other groups . Not worth it for the price . I hope they fix that. Rum tour was also rushed , were were supposed to come back to the hotel on a boat but apparently the boat driver forgot so we waited an hour before a taxi picked us up. No apology or refund from the hotel either. That’s our experience.

Every staff went out of their way to give you first rate service. Food was over the top good. Owners need to go a little further updating the rooms, ie new mattress pads, faster internet, small appliances. No dives were included as advertised. I had to go to a local dive shop and buy a package, can't blame the weather for not diving, as other hotels and shops were on the water.
Came here seeking a relaxing week with my girlfriend because we were both burned out from work. I can confidently say that we got way more then we were expecting. The food and service were 12 out of 10. We both work 60 hours a week so it is very hard for us to disconnect. Here it was incredibly easy to disconnect, relax, and spend quality time together. We will be coming back.
