Staybridge Suites-Philadelphia/Mount Laurel by IHG

No smart tv. As told on the phone. No pool after I paid $50 for a late check out to swim for my sons bday

Room was very nice Location great for travelers. Breakfast good. Hotel in good condition except outside stairwells which badly need new rugs

Everything ! Good was horrible they don’t accommodate non pork eater they had fat folded eggs, beds were flat with stains, pull out bed was broke, wasn’t no pots and pans in my room to cook so I had a kitchen for nothing! And the pool close too early

Location was great outside Philadelphia in quiet area.

No cleaning done by staff and when I complained , receptionist said that we can’t do much on this. Poor response

Think twice before you stay at this hotel, it was very dirty and smelled like there was a dead rodent in our room. More importantly, it had homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Therefore, this created a major concern regarding my family's safety since they did not have security guards in the hotel or parking lot. We cut our evenings short to make sure we were back in our rooms early. For the amount I paid, I wish we had stayed elsewhere this was not a good experience. I did receive a call from the manager that basically tried to brush it under the rug. Now I'm being advised the homeless looking person was waiting for a money transfer. If this is Staybridge Suites brand, I will never stay at their hotel again.

Our room was not very clean. The staff, although friendly, hallowed homeless people to sleep in a corner of the lobby. When guest tried to talk to staff about it they gaslit them saying that did not happen.

Overall stay was good. However bathroom toilets need to be replace with higher to accommodate a better experience. Nice furniture but not supportive , to low and very soft cushions, but satisfactory.
