USSmell of mold was everywhere. Inside the room, it was a mix of smels of mold, humidity, and some chemicals they probably ware trying to treat that mold.

At checkout the next morning the following items to make staff at the front desk: The Front door to room was wide open when we checked in the night before, the toilet tank leaked water after each flush, the faucet leaked while it was on and the room smelled of smoke. **More important was the hostile attitude of the male at checkout who became verbally aggressive and rather than offer a half-decent apology, he yelled at me and demanded to know what I wanted. I responded that I didn’t want anything, and was merely reporting my observations. BRI had to change my reservation to be a day earlier but they would not let me change it even though they had empty rooms so I had paid for a night that I didn't even use. Terrible customer service I will never stay there again
Property is a bit dated but we enjoyed the location and look thfc Mo.
Room not clean. Smelled like wet dog. Desk chair filthy.
