Always clean, relaxing, and friendly staff.

Location of hotel facing to ocean and atmospher was so good. Hotel staff were kind and friendly.

I can say this is the vest hotel in Saipan. Room was clean, staffs was very kind. Hotel has the greate ocean view, and nice swimming pool available at night. It locates in the downtown, easy yo access to stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel offered easy access to the beach. All of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. The chef even was accessible to the guests. They front desk was very helpful! Love this hotel!

客室設備は最低限の程度でラグジュアリーではない。ただ困る様なこともないし、豪華でもない普通のビーチリゾートとすれは普通。 通常の部屋はバスタブないのはちょっと。あと部屋のクリーニング時間がまちまち。夕方にやっと来た事もあった。 レストランのご飯はおいしくはない。朝ごはんの飲み物は貧相。まずい。 夜にビュッフェあるが、結構するわりに味はパッとしない。 目の前の街にいくらでも食べるとこある。すごく良いわけではないが、ホテルよりは良いと思う。

Good location, staff, hotel room&pools, and the beach! We miss Saipan already..

改装後初めての宿泊でしたが、部屋もシャワールームも綺麗になっていて良かった。 夜にドアの閉まる音が響いたり、隣の部屋の騒ぎ声が聞こえたりしたのが残念。 朝食のビュッフェは毎日似たような韓国料理っぽい物が多く、個人的には美味しいと思えなかった。 昔のようにカレーでもあれば良いのに… ホテル周辺は寂れた建物が多く廃墟が増えていた。 せめてカジノがオープンしていれば嬉しかった！

Gilbert was so great checking us in. Had a wonderful time at the resort, def a wonderful place to spend a few days!

The beach and grounds are excellent and beautiful, great view, pool and public spaces all with an excellent tropical island feel. Breakfast was good. Staff people were friendly. Had one problem. I was entitled to an upgrade on Expedia and this wasn't acknowledged or honored. When I explained about the upgrade, I was told no they give priority to their IHG program members and that I only get the room booked. I went back and showed them my Expedia gold promise, and they said "well only if available". I don't believe the hotel was full, and they never got back to me again even to say sorry no upgrade is available. So it's a very nice property, everyone was friendly, room was fine though not great, it's just I don't like getting the cold shoulder from a quality chain that should know better. A positive is they have nice facilities themselves, and the onsite travel agency sets you up for excursions elsewhere, such as Managaha. You'll be happy staying here, maybe Kensington is better though more expensive.
