my stay was very relaxing, ambience was perfect for what I was looking for.

I really loved my stay with this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. For my 6 days stay, I have enjoyed the pool and go to the beach to see the beautiful sunset everyday. I just wish there are more chairs on the beach side. But what I loved the most is the wonderful staffs in the hotel. The front desk staff or any other staff were very helpful, the life guards are always kind and friendly. I am definitely recommending this hotel. See you next time!

非常に快適過ごせました。 絶好の穴場。 海の家にも、 VIPボートを2日連続でだしていただき、 エメラルドグリーンの海を 鮫・亀・エイの遊泳を眺めながら 非日常の異世界を享受。 伝統的なディナーショーもベタによい。 空港へのシャトルバスは増やして欲しいが… 人の少なさを考えると仕方ないか。

Thank you Maricar for an awesome treatment during our stay. The place is clean and the rooms are updated and comfortable. I like how renovated and cleaned the bathroom is. There’s a lot of activities in the hotel. The staff are all nice and accommodating. The dinner show is great too and very entertaining. I’ll definitely be back hopefully soon.

The overall evaluation is pretty good. However, Saipan island itself is not doing well. That makes our stay less convenient. But again Saipan is still one of our favorite destinations.

다 좋은데 딱 하나 냉장고가 시원하지 않음

6살 딸아이와 함께한 가족 여행 청결도 만족, 전반적인 서비스도 괜춘 호텔내에서 투어를 예약가능 수영장엔 가드들이 배치, 인파도 많지 않아 편안,하지만 밴치쪽에 그늘이 부족 방문전 3개의 레스토랑이 있는것으로 확인하고 선택하였지만 1곳은 운영중단, 1곳은 카페, 1곳은 매일 뷔페만 하는 곳이여서 여행기간 내내 제한적인 식사를 할수밖에 없었어서 불편했음 호텔주변은 몇년째 공사가 중단된건지 운영중인 가게가 몇 없고 인파도 없고 산책을 하기에도 적절하지 않았습니다. It was a family trip with my 6-year-old daughter. The cleanliness inside the hotel was good and the overall staff was friendly. The swimming pool was not crowded and the guards were stationed, but there was not enough shade on the bench side. When I ordered food from the pool side, the drink was served immediately, but the food took more than 30mins. I checked that there were 3 restaurants before the booking, but one was closed, one was a cafe, and one was a buffet every day, so I had limited meals throughout the trip. There was no food room service. (pick up available) The area around the hotel was a ruin, only a few shops in operation, no crowds, and it was not suitable for a walk. like ghost town.

We had a lovely relaxing time on Saipan staying at the Crowne Plaza. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pools and other facilities were lovely and we enjoyed the Atari cultural show. Easy to see several different kinds of colourful fish snorkelling in just a few feet of water off the beach in front of the hotel.

We stayed from July 19th to 22nd. The pool lifeguard was very friendly and we were able to enjoy the sea and pool at our leisure. The hotel was in a great location and we had a really fun four days there, but something unfortunate happened on the last day. We went to the buffet venue at 7am to eat breakfast, and when we returned to the room before 8am, the door to the room had been opened. There were no cleaning carts nearby, and there were no cleaning staff nearby. Our messy room was in full view from the hallway. Nothing was stolen, but just thinking about how long it had been left open was scary.
