Candlewood Suites San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston

It was easy to get find and right off the highway.it was chill and quiet and big room.

Some of the lights in the room did not work nut they were under construction. The fact that I got double charged. They are working on fixing it .

STRANGE PEOPLE WAKING AROUND INSIDE AND OUT .HALL WAY SEMELL BAD .HEATER HAD A BURN SMELL HAD TO TURN OFF.WINDOWS OUTDAITED.NOISE ALL NIGHT FREWAY TRAIN FIREWORKS .JUST OVER ALL BAD EXPERIENCE.WILL NOT RETURN.

We got put in one room got comfortable but had to be changed To another room. The other room the remote didn’t work battery’s had to be changed out and covered in tape to hold the batteries then the toilet was just making noise so we just decided to not stay the night and left

I did not stay at the property because it gave false advertisement online and once you made the payment it showed that you had to pay a deposit upon arrival after taking the money instead of stating that before you make a payment I was not able to check in and still waiting to hear back from the manager. Even the worker agrees that it looks like it was a scam on their end and that's why I'm waiting for the manager to release a refund he apologized and was very nice but I was not able to stay at the property.

Room lay out stayed in a double queen suite.

Breakfast was a joke but I didn't expect much anyways. I didnt like the fact only source for light was a lamp.
