Location was perfect staff were friends except for 1 male was very rude on phone when I rang to say the room was not cleaned for 3 days, it said on info leaflet that rooms are cleaned daily

Room cleaning very poor takes around 1 hour per room and couldn’t see what they have done Smell of raw sewage is a disgrace Pool says it’s heated but it’s not

Absolutely wonderful staff, everyone of them. Perfect location. Comfortable clean rooms with great roomy bathrooms. Fantastic pool. Lovely food with lots of choice breakfast and evening meal. Good entertainment.

Not much really! Gym needs updating as many machines not working and free weights missing. Some people may not like the underground restaurant.
